TEAL has expertise in welding a wide range of metals like steel and alloys, aluminium, stainless steel, copper. For non-metals like plastics and polymer parts we have developed automation systems with heated probe and ultrasonic joining technology.
We have expertise / We specialize in welding sheets and wires as small as a human hair to a thickness of 3 millimetre.
Significant success stories include:
- Laser welding of circumferential edges of 12 tubes of 0.25mm thinness in a single pass
- TIG and Plasma welding of aluminium tubes with aluminium die cast housing under controlled environment assuring no deformation/eroding of tubes
- Robotic TIG welding with path trace function to perform multi profile welding
- Resistance welding of alloy steel with a electrode diameter of 1mm
